ON THE RESIDENTIAL SIDE, ROBA provides design services for clients who wish to build new homes as well as for clients who wish to alter their older homes. ROBA structures design services to respond to the unique circumstances of each client. Some clients prefer to build a project all at once. For others, a master plan can provide a framework for dividing the work into manageable increments that can be built out over time. Many of our clients are repeat customers who rely on our ability to seamlessly integrate additions and alterations with original construction in a wide variety of styles.
