Portfolio: Residential: San Rafael CA 02: Before 2  Before | After   By the time the clients were ready to tackle the front and side of this corner property, they had already added a three-car garage underneath the house, reorganized the back of the house, installed two new bathrooms and a laundry room, and rebuilt the roof and developed the attic. The recent work at garage and attic level and the recently shingled back of the house are visible in this photograph taken before the fourth phase of the project.
