The entrepreneurs who chose this location for a new gourmet food store needed a storefront that communicated the quality of the proposed operation. Unfortunately, the already narrow frontage had been divided into two tiny slivers, the existing structure suffered from deferred maintenance and the integrity of the original design had been obscured.
