FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT for an investment group of which ROBA is a part, plans call for systems increasing leasable square footage from 23,300 to 34,100. The improvements include a flexible plan with upgraded mechanical and electrical systems; a new sanitary and circulation core; seismic and ADA compliance; and replacing existing fenestration and restoring a sense of unity to a visually fragmented exterior.
