The Berkeley, California headquarters of a leading technology publishing firm needed to combine an open plan office, with enclosed conferencing, shipping and storage space. The final design is a spacious, modern office, mixing open work zones with self contained conference rooms & administrative offices. In this adaptive re-use of an industrial building, ROBA teamed up with MRE Real Estate, BBI Construction, the building owner and tenant to produce a turnkey office building that still turns heads.
