Adaptation of this existing light-industrial warehouse to music rehearsal studios required attention both to acoustical isolation between studios, as well as to acoustical performance within studios. Two large “signature” studios, nine medium sized studios and five practice rooms provide a variety of choices to suit different rehearsal purposes and musical approaches. Shared amenities include on-site mixing and sound engineering, access for mobile audio services, instrument storage, and kitchen and lounge areas.
